Expectant Mamas are so beautiful to capture and Riley was no exception! It’s always an honour when a women chooses you to photograph this incredible moment in their journey. More often then not, pregnancy leaves women feeling anything but sexy. For some, these sessions are extremely emotional and filled with so much hope. Their are so many emotions that can be felt and when I am invited into this journey – I don’t take it for granted – It’s a blessing.

Riley and I both work together as teachers for the Durham District School Board so we frequently got together to chat about the small details. It was so much fun! Although I do provide Mothers-to-be with gowns, Riley brought some pieces that worked perfectly with the set-up we decided on. I always strive for portraits that best represent the Mom and bring out her natural beauty!

Riley recently welcomed baby Hendrix to their growing family!
